What is time? Time itself is voided by itself. It has no existence except to the limited senses of man who sees but its forward flow and not its compensating, voiding backward flow. 
Time is but a part of this great illusion of Nature, this cosmic Light mirage which for ever simulatas the idea of God’s knowing, through two-way balanced self-voiding motion which but produces an unreal universe of seeming, If time has no other than a sensed existance it can have no beginning or ending.

This electric wave universe of divided pressures is an electric record of god’s thinking. It is the creation of an ever living and eternal creator. It has no beginning or ending in time, for time itself is voided by itself.
Entire electric wave universe is but a cosmic cinema picturing  a cosmic idea of cause and effect with cosmic projection cameras called wave fields of light. 
It is a manifestation of the imaginary thought processes of God’s Mind. The projected light images of God imaginings which seem to move and have life being in them are but electrically sensed thought forms of thought imaginings which but constitute a mirage of that REALITY which it but simulates.

God is the fulcrum of man (unchanging), and of the universe. Neither man nor any moving thing in the universe, has power within himself to do anything. All power expressed by man must be extended directly from the Father in heaven (Creator) to His father-mother lights of earths and heavens which manifest Him.

The mechanical principle by means of which power is expressed by the Creator is in the light waves of two-way motion which record His two-way thinking. Waves are two-way cycles which are divided equally to express the two desires of Mind to create form images of Mind imagining and to destroy those forms sequentially for reforming. In other words – God’s universe is entirely composed of microcosmic and macrocosmic masses of pulsing electric waves which we call matter. These pulsing waves constitute the universal heartbeat, or universal breath of God’s body.

Or in other words – Waves of motion spring from the stillness of the universal equilibrium. They are the universal heartbeat which manifest eternal life and power in God’s stillness by eternal repetitions of simulated life and power as expressed in waves of motion.  

 

All energy is expressed in wave cycles. A cycle is a two-way electric journey from a compression point of rest where gravity ceases and radiation begins, to an expansion point of rest at wave field boundaries where radiation ceases and gravity begins. It is the universal heartbeat of this pulsing universe of two-wave motion.

God’s body continues its manifestation of the life principle by breathing outward and inward sequentially, just as you breathe out and in in balanced sequences to continue your appearance of existence. 

Every mass (without exception from nebula to electron of atom) in the universe breathes out and in, rhythmically but in varying frequencies appropriate to their potential, Your breath frequency may be ten cycles per minute and sun’s is one cycle in eleven years*.

The most obvious fact of nature is its repetition in reverse of every effect of motion in two-way pulsing cycles. Every cycle in nature is a two-way, equal interchange between pair of opposite conditions. That interchange between the equally balanced anodes and cathodes of this electric wave universe constitue its pulsing heartbeat, which likewise is cyclic, otheswise it could not continue.

What is death

• All death is caused by expansion, and all life is caused by compression.
• As yet unknown fact that life deeply desires to live, but has to work hard to keep sufficiently charged to maintain life, while death can fulfill its desire to die without effort. To charge a body with life takes time and much effort, but a discharge can be timeless and without effort. The flash of a short circuit is not only a good example of this fact but is a demonstration of its proof. If you will but submit this new thought to your reasoning you will see the naturalness, and significance of it. Death means rest, or cessation of motion. Sound is motion created with an effort, but it ceases without effort. It is an effort for you to arise and work, but it is no effort for you to cease working and rest. It is an effort to heat a rod of iron but the rod will cool without effort.
• Therefore all things will die normally and naturally without help. That is what radiation is. Multiplied expansion means helping matter to expand quickly, and that is what radioactivity is. The use of nuclear fission, therefore, vastly multiplies the difficulty of living things to keep alive, by vastly aiding them to die.
• The mystery which we will clarify in this book is to tell how man can be master of life through knowledge, instead of letting death master him through ignorance. The first essential in knowing how to gain this control is to first realize the profoundity of the basic facts above stated, and relegate all cause of normal death to normal expansion, and all quick death to abnormal expansion. Add other details to this afterward. Do not say that he died of arsenic poisoning, for there is no poison in the purposeful things of Nature, which must fulfill their purposes. He died of abnormal expansion due to contacting a higher voltage electric current than his body could stand. That was the cause of his death. It was radioactive electrocution, not poisoning. 
• This example will apply to all radioactive effects which we shall describe herein. The lethal dose of radioactive emanation which killed the laboratory worker heretofore mentioned, was not a poison, nor was it a chemical death. He died by electrocution, slow electrocution which consumed two weeks of time to slowly expand enough to kill. 
• Let us remind you that this universe of motion is entirely electrical. Every effect of any nature, whatsoever, is basically electric. Whatever happens in any way stems from the electric current. To know Just one wave unit of the electric current is to know all there is of the construction of matter, or the cause of any effect of motion, whatsoever.
• The secret of Creation lies in the octave wave, therefore, know the wave. Current science has cosmogony that is based on a transient, discontinuous, unbalanced one way universe which had a beginning aeons ago by the unsxplained and unexplainable formation of a tremendous flaming mass of heat which is slowly radiating away by splitting into smalles masses which expand within themselves, and from each other, until they eventually end in heat death. 
Out of this unnatural theory came

1. the first and second laws of thermodynamics which have no validity whatsoever, for the premise that heat is energy, upon which they are founded, has no validity.
2. The resultant one-way universe allowed for no compensating generation to counterbalance its radiation, despite the accepted law of equal and opposite action and reaction.

The Coulomb law of attraction of opposites and repulsion of likes, has no relation, whatsoever, to Natural law. Nature does not attract, nor does it repel. Pairs of opposites in Nature are projected centripetally toward each other by the light mirrors of wave-field projectors of light images
All mates which are approaching each other for union are electrically forced to approach each other from the outside. They are not “attracted” together from the inside. They cannot help being forced. They are being wound up together electrically in spiral vortices. They must inevitably collide and become one even as a threaded screw is forced to interpenetrate an oppositely threaded nut.

If Newton had completed his gravitational observations and Kepler had been as curious about unmentioned vacuous focus as he was regarding the focus he did mention, science would now understand what this newly discovered negative “hole which acts like a proton” really is
electron	The electron is a doubly charged mass. The action of integrating any mass is a generative or condensive one which is called the attraction of gravitation. This causes mass to appear around a common centre of high compression pressure and gives rise to the commonly believed error that matter attracts matter, which is not true to nature. The reaction to this action of compression is the expansion of the field which has been rendered vacuous by thus being drawn upon by the gravitative, in-drawing, endothermic action of condensation. The expansion of the residual volume, or field surrounding the mass, is a vacuity which is as equally minus the original equilibrium of the total volumes as the centre of the mass is plus that equilibrium. The force represented by that vacuity is an expansion pressure which is the equal and opposite of the gravitative compression pressure and gives rise to that commonly believed error of light repulsion which is not true of nature.

These sequences have a periodicity of preponderances which are first preponderantly generative and then preponderantly degenerative, which we know of as the phenomena of growth. We have now completed the cycle of appearance and disappearance of mass through the series of endothermic, inbreathing, positive oscillations of compression pressure and exothermic, out-breathing negative oscillations of expansion pressure which is the dual characteristic of electricity; but we have one more characteristic of nature as a result of these action and reaction sequences. This one other attribute of nature is the reproductive or regenerative force which is set up solely by the resistance of each expression of force against the other.
	Dual Character of Force This characteristic attribute of nature to repeat herself, and to do so in waves or striations of periodicities, is because of the dual character of force to express itself always in equal opposition of force. Every effect of motion thus results in the production of the opposite effect, therefore the negative reaction which results in the disappearance of the electron is accompanied by its equal and opposite action which causes the reappearance of the mass by the reverse action of the “hole.” Hence there can be no such thing as a positively charged mass or a negatively charged mass. All charging masses are simultaneously dis-charging and all discharging masses are simultaneously recharging other masses in this two-way universe of motion. Energy is kept continually moving between the high-pressure hot points of gravitative centres and the low-pressure cold areas of the evacuated fields which surround all masses. This constant interchange is the cause of the motion of force which moves only for one purpose, and that is to find an equilibrium position for which it is ever in search of and never finds, for that position is itself always in motion. While in search of this ever-moving position the work of the universe, and of man, is performed. There is no other way that work can be performed than by the oscillations of this dually acting electric force as it surges back and forth between the two polar dead centres of force, the gravitative focus and the vacuous focus. It matters not whether this two-way interchange of potential is between the poles of a battery, which we call electric current, or between dynamos or solenoids, which we call lines of force, or between the high and low barometric pressure position of the weather map, which we call winds, or between the sun and planets, which we call radiant energy, or between elements, which we call radio-activity — all are the same. All are seeking an ever-changing equilibrium position and kept continually on the go and producing that thing which we call energy. Every mass in the universe is a complete pump oscillating between two equilibrium dead centres of opposed force. Every two masses are reciprocating, collaborating and co-ordinating their respective energies, each in accordance with its respective and comparative potential. Each mass in the universe is revolving around every other mass in elliptical orbits determined by their mutual ever-moving compression and expansion foci. All masses, whether electrons in hot suns or electrons in cold space, are simultaneously integrating by their generative oscillation, and disintegrating by their opposed radiative one. This is the complete cycle of the motion of force
	all mass, whether in hot suns or cold space, is integrating by its contractive oscillation (which is caused by the cold of its preceding expansive one) and that it is disintegrating by the heat of its preceding contractive one ll matter has different melting points, according to its pressures or densities, these points rising as pressures rise. We know that above these critical points at which all elements melt the solids disintegrate into liquids, then into vapors and then into gases. But the very act of disintegrating by radiation causes a relatively cold reaction to take place which reintegrates. Both processes are therefore taking place above and below the melting point, and this is as true along the trail of a comet, which is luminous and relatively hot in its contractive oscillations at 240 degrees below zero as it is true in Viga’s heart which is relatively cold in its expansive oscillations at 300,000 degrees or more.
	Walter Russell’s table lists 63 elements, 49 isotopes and 9 inert gases, making a total of 121 Only one element transmuted by Nature into 121 elements.  Russell’s table of 121 elements is divided into nine octaves giving us 13 elements in each octave. To again accentuate the simplicity of it I will yet again say that if your intelligence is great enough for you to add up to nine, or to understand that you breathe inward and outward from a balanced center in you, you can understand the workings of most complex phenomena in all Nature .I say this to you seriously and mean what I say for God never passes nine in any creative expression nor does any phenomena in Nature ever exceed the principle upon which your breathing,or heartbeat is based
Anything in Nature, or in your life’s problems, which might have one million parts and one million complexities, if taken apart, will be found to constitute one simple principle of three elements. God multiplies these three by three to make nine, but never more than that. So if you can understand the principle of the basic three, and if you can multiply that three by three, you can become the greatest chemist, metallurgist, electrical engineer, poet, painter, philosopher or inventor in the whole world if no one but you in the world did understand it.This basic THREE, which cannot be added to nor subtracted from, will hereinafter be referred to as THE DIVINE TRINITY
