“It is almost humorous to speak of ‘guarding the secret, locking it up in American and British archives.’ Knowledge cannot be locked up. It is cosmic, wide open to every thinker, and limited only to his knowledge. There is enough new knowledge right in this country today to make this present value of atomic secrecy worthless in a very few years.” 
When asked to give some clues as to this new knowledge that could harness the new discovery for common usage, he stated that we must reverse all electrochemical practice by ceasing to rely upon substance primarily and electricity secondarily. “In fact,” he said, “it is better practically to forget substance, for the varying pressures of electricity in different sections of the wave alone determine the variations of substance and perform all the miracles of the laboratory of Nature, as well as that of the chemist. The number of electrons and protons has nothing whatsoever to do with the determination  of  difference  in  the  elements,  as  commonly believed. 

“That which man calls matter, or substance, has no existence whatsoever. So-called matter is but waves of the motion of light, electrically  divided  into  opposed  pairs,  then  electrically conditioned and patterned into what we call various substances of matter. Briefly put, matter is but the motion of light, and motion is not substance. It only appears to be. Take motion away and there would not be even the appearance of substance. 

“Electricity manufactures all of the qualities and attributes of light in wave motion which we think of as substance. Density, alkalinity, acidity, conductivity, pressures of heat and cold, and even appearance is given to waves of light by the two electrical workers which build up the universe and tear it apart in polarized fields measured out by the two magnetic surveyors which keep all electric actions in balance with their reactions. 

“You pick up one of these products of wave motion and say, This is a piece of steel,’ or This is an apple,’ without the slightest realization that sudden withdrawal of the electric power which brought that state of motion into being would blow you and it, and a mile or more around you, into the nothingness of the equilibrium from which you were electrically assembled. 

“That is what radioactivity is: a quick return to the state of rest which underlies the spiritual or invisible universe. And that is what a lightning flash is, as contrasted to flame which is a slower return, or to decay which is a still slower return. “And so, our creative thinkers in the laboratories of the world must look primarily to light, which is the foundation of the universe, and to the wave, within which the secrets of creation lie, and to what electricity does with light, and to the why of it, and to the why of energy electrically expressed instead of to substance to perform tomorrow’s miracles.”

Likewise the universal kaleidoscope was but moving mirror waves of dual light extending from their equilibrium in God from Whom all creating things spring in octave electric waves just as the ocean waves spring from the calm sea.

“So simple is this underlying Principle of Creation that I have been enabled, throughout these years, to state it in one paragraph and one octave-wave diagram so simply that every law or theory ever propounded in the past or future by man can be tested by that paragraph and that diagram. If they will not fit into this unitary rinciple, they are outside of Natural Law and must be discarded. It will be found that most of even the most fundamental laws and theories of the past and present do not come anywhere near fitting into this underlying principle. They will, therefore, have to be discarded in favor of immortal Truth. 
“No greater proof than my experience is needed to prove to the doubting world that all knowledge exists in the Mind universe of Light—which is God—that all Mind is One Mind, that men do not have separate minds, and that all knowledge can be obtained from the  Universal  Source  of  All-Knowledge  by  becoming  One  with that Source.”  

How are stars formed?

 

All bodies, human and otherwise, are composed of spheres of white light surrounded by cube wave-fields of black light. 

The centering body of spheres is the positive half of the body. The surrounding space is the negative half of the body. Together they make one complete continuous repetitive whole, just as the positive photograph and its negative, make one complete continuous repetitive whole.

The distinguishing difference is only that the photograph and its negative are two dimensional, while spherical bodies and cubes of space are three dimensional.

The photograph negative is flat and light penetrates that flat plane of zero curvature and reproduces a reversed body on another flat plane of zero curvature.

In Nature the black negatives of space entirely surround the white positives. If you look at the stars you will see the black negatives of space through which white light is being projected RADIALLY inward toward a center of gravity, to reproduce white star bodies at their centers. 

 

If you look at any one of the stars for billions of years you will see it disappear, or die, just as you disappear or die. “What has happened to it”, you ask. If you wait long enough it will reappear. The negative has absorbed the positive, but white light will again be projected through that negative and will “print” another sun. 

 

Scientists have long wondered how it is that matter seems to emerge from space and be swallowed up again by space. 

How is matter created?

In actually “reality” the Universe is made up of only one substance.

It is the desire, of the mind is the cause because of which, the one substance of the universe is split into two. Just like a surface of water is divided into two by the throwing of a stone on the still water surface. The amount of split depends on the size of the desire.

 

The “matter” of earth is the same as the matter of heavens with but one difference: VOLUME. Space is a division of solidity into tenuity. It is also a multiplication of volume at the expense of potential.

 

OPPOSITE SEX CONDITIONS BORN EACH OTHER

Matter and space likewise are sex mates. Each has become what each is by opposing the other to attain the appearance of separateness. Then each interchanges with each by breathing into and out of each other until space disintegrates matter and becomes what the other was. Space disintegrates suns and earths by the way of equators and generates them by the way of poles. Heat generated by cold by the way of poles is radiated by the way of equators. Suns thus turn inside-out. Cold bores black holes right through their poles and great suns become rings, like those in Lyra and other ring nebulae which are plentiful in the heavens.

All matter is generated by the degeneration of its opposite. Likewise all generated matter is sequentially degenerated by the generation of its opposite.

Compression in matter is balanced by an equal evacuation in space. Every unbalanced condition in Nature must be balanced by an equal opposite. All borrowings from the bank of Nature are debited with an amount equal to the credit extended just as money borrowed from man’s bank is debited and credited.

 

WEIGHT IS MATTER OUT OF PLACE

All matter is a record of its potential at the place of its birth in its wave. Masses of matter, like buoys floating in the ocean to mark courses for ships, are floating in space to register the electric potential of the position of their birth.

Whenever matter is in the place of its birth, it belongs there. It is, therefore, in balance. It floats in its balanced field. In that position it is weightless in respect to anything else in the universe. Whenever it is taken from its field center, or becomes an eccentric part of another field, it is out of balance with the two forces acting upon it. It then has weight, and the measure of that weight is the measure of its unbalance with its out-of-place environment.

Weight of matter and measure of electric potential are one and the same thing.

 

All particles are only light corpuscle

The many varieties of particles  that exist science, are all of them the same particle of light corpuscle which seem to be different because they are in different parts of their wave fields and are, therefore, differently conditioned as to their polarity.

THE INADEQUATE LAW OF CONSERVATION OF ENERGY

The law says that “the amount of energy in the universe is constant”. That is true because energy is unchanging in the undivided Light-at-rest. But the scientific meaning back of that true law is not Nature’s meaning.

Energy belongs to the invisible universe. It is extended into the visible universe of motion ONLY FROM A FULCRUM which is at rest.

The energy, however, does not pass beyond the fulcrum into matter, or condition of matter, or motion of matter. That which passes beyond rest into motion is an expression of energy–a simulation of energy–an effect projected from a cause to demonstrate what energy can do when projected into the illusions of motion.

Energy thus expressed might be likened unto the countless actions of a motion picture.

The motion thus expressed simulates the energy, and the IDEA, which has been projected from an undivided mental Source through a divided electric wave source by the way of a fulcrum zero upon which the wave oscillates.

It cannot be said, therefore, that the energy simulated by the motion picture is in the picture rather than in the source of the picture. Likewise, the same cannot be said of Nature’s cosmic cinema motion picture of cause and effect, which the Master Playwright has projected upon the screen of space from the Light of His knowing through the light lenses of His electric thinking.

POLARITY PERIODICITY IS THE BASIS OF THE CONSTITUTION OF MATTER

Nature is engaged in the making of but one form–the cube-sphere

The sphere is the positive centering sun.

The cube is the invisible surrounding wave field.

All matter is thus divided into positive solids surrounded by negative space.

How is matter formed?

As matter begins its formation into spheres its first shape is disc-like, for it begins as the base of a cone. In a series of efforts which constitute the octave wave, the first disc-like effort gradually prolates until the perfect sphere is formed at wave amplitude. This is the process by means of which “matter emerges from space”. During this process the balance poles which control all matter move gradually toward the pole of rotation. When the sphere is perfected, as it finally is at carbon, the two poles coincide with the pole of rotation and the equator of the perfected sphere is 90 degrees from the wave’s axis. Likewise, the wave field becomes a true cube. Likewise, any element which has reached its true sphere status will crystallize as a true cube. Likewise, any divided pairs of elements which unite as one on wave amplitude–such as sodium and chlorine–will crystallize in the true cube shape of its wave field.

How is matter “dissolved”?

Conversely, as true spheres oblate, the two balancing poles move away from the pole of rotation and toward the wave axis, until depolarization is completed and magnetic poles disappear in the plane of the wave axis. This is the manner in which “space swallows up matter”.  This process of polarization and depolarization is under the guiding control of two pairs of magnetic poles 

This electric process of polarization takes place with increasing intensity for one-half of every cycle, whether of one breath, the cycle of a day, a year, or a lifetime. A man of forty will have reached his fully polarized strength to manifest life in the first half of his life-death cycle. Depolarization then assumes control as polarity reverses at the wave amplitude of man’s life cycle. Devitalization then begins and from there on man manifests the death half of the cycle. This process takes place in every creating particle of matter or any combination of particles, whether in man, ant, electron, or nebula. As polarization increases in intensity, the strains and tensions set up by the desire of opposites of polarity to “pull” away from each other increase in their intensity.

This fact is exactly the opposite effect from the conclusion stated in the Coulomb law. As polarization decreases, the strains and tensions of electric opposition relax, until polarity entirely disappears in the rest condition of the equipotential plane of the wave axis. This fact should not be interpreted as electric opposites attracting each other, for depolarization means that the ability to oppose lessens as each pole voids the other in the rest condition, but they still thrust away from each other until their end. The entire process of polarization and depolarization of every action-reaction of Nature could well be described as a lever reaching out in opposite directions from its fulcrum until it could reach no farther, then reversing those directions and unwillingly withdrawing into its fulcrum where motion ceases to again begin and again reverse.

How does God create the Universe?

Electricity

• Electricity is the only force which God makes use of to create this universe. 
• Only two “tools” are used by God to create the universe of matter and motion – and these are the two pairs of opposed spiral vortices. 
• One of these opposite pairs meets at apices at wave amplitudes to create spheres of matter and 
• the other opposed pair meets at cone bases upon wave axes to void both matter and motion. (See Figures 129 and 130, page 113.)
• These two pairs of opposed electric spiral vortices are the basic units which construct all matter. Together they form the electric waves of motion which create the various pressure conditions which are needed to produce the many seemingly different elements of visible and invisible matter.
• Electricity is divided into two equal-and-opposite forces which thrust away from each other to build this polarized universe.
• When inability to thrust away from each other takes its sequential turn in the pulse of the universal heartbeat, depolarization voids all opposition. 
• Thus this universe consists of cycles of life followed by death–growth followed by decay, and generation followed by radiation–each expressed simultaneously and repeated sequentially forever without end.

Magnetism

• That which science calls magnetism, and believes to be a force which has the power of lifting tons of steel, is God’s still Light which balances and controls the equality of electric division, but electricity alone performs all of the work of this universe. The magnetic Light which controls the universal balance performs no work whatsoever. A bar magnet picks up nails because of the electric current which divided that steel into its activated polarized conditions, and not because of its focal poles of silliness which center its two activities. Even though the electric current has been withdrawn. the steel retains its electric activity for long periods and acts as though the current still remained.
• Magnetic Light control might be likened to the rudder of a ship which controls the direction of the ship’s motion without in any way motivating that motion.
• It might again be likened to the fulcrum which extends its power of expression through motion to a lever, without in any way acting to motivate that expressed motion of the lever.
• God’s still magnetic Light is the fulcrum of this creating universe. Electricity is the two-way lever which extends from that fulcrum to give the universe its pulsing heartbeat of simulated life-death sequences.

 

• Wherever God’s Light appears in matter, there stillness centers motion, but there is no motion at that point. The center of gravity in a spherical sun or earth is one locatable point where God’s Light is. Likewise, the two still centers of north and south spiral vortices are other locatable balancing points of control. Likewise, the shaft which connects all pairs of opposed poles is an extension of stillness from the zero of wave beginnings to the zero of wave amplitudes, and the return of motion to the zero of its beginnings in the stillness of its homing place on its wave axis. This is a universe of Light-at-rest from which two opposed lights-of-motion appear to manifest the IDEA which is eternally sealed in the Light-at-rest.

Cosmic Thinker

God’s Mind thinks in octave thought-waves. Every creative thought is electrically divided into octave thought-waves which require four efforts to create matter into living bodies and four more efforts to void those bodies. Every action and reaction in Nature repeats this simple life-death principle. There is no exception to it throughout the universe. Every incoming-outgoing breath repeats it, every sound repeats it, and the pulsing of the stars repeats it. Within that simple principle lies all knowledge, for in it is all CAUSE which can be known, and all effect which can be comprehended. Its simplicity is instantly recognized by the highly spiritual inward thinker who is enabled to strip it of its complexity by making it stand still and be only one, instead of many billions in one second.

To the Cosmic Thinker who can make the universe stand still and void time, Creation unfolds from the Soul of idea to create form. All forms are thought-forms which appear, disappear and reappear forever. When one sees forms unfold from seed, and refold into seed, one sees all there is to see and to know. There is nothing else to know, for Mind is the seed of Creation from which all forms unfold from zero of invisibility to become visible for a time, before refolding into invisible Mind.

That is all there is to all philosophy, all sciences and all mathematics.

Walter Russell Promised to Disprove in Series of Pamphlets Many Accepted Beliefs.

 

Walter Russell, artist and president of the Society of Arts and Sciences, announces yesterday the publication by him at his own expense of the first of a series of sixteen pamphlets to embody his speculations about the universe and the constitution of matter, which, he says, differ radically from many commonly accepted scientific beliefs. He further announced that he intends to send the first pamphlet, dealing with the “cyclic theory of continuous motion, or the Russell genero-radiative concept,” to “leading scientists throughout the world.”

 

According to Mr. Russell, “the fundamentals of science are so hopelessly wrong and so contrary to nature that nothing but a major surgical operation upon the present primitive beliefs can ever

put them in line for a workable cosmogenic synthesis.”

 

Newton’s mathematically proved principle that if the orbital motions of the planets were stopped they would fall into the sun is among those challenged by Mr. Russell, who claims that an experiment conducted by him with a “miniature model of the solar system” convinces him that no such thing would happen.

 

Mr. Russell denies the universally accepted law that “like charges repel and opposite charges attract each other.”

“If this were true,” he asks,

“why is it that positive and negative poles of a bar magnet are at its opposite ends as far as they can get away from each other, instead of being together in the middle, as they should be logically if the law were true?”

 

Mr. Russell launches into further speculation which he promises to “prove” in his succeeding fifteen pamphlets. “Many new metals,” he writes, “of great value to industry can be secured by understanding nature’s simple but hitherto unknown principles. An ocean steamship like the Leviathan could produce her own fuel at negligible cost from sea water in a machine no larger than a newspaper printing press. Carbon metal could be developed with a tensile strength double that of Bessemer steel. Silicon steel will become an ideal structural steel, with more than double its present strength, and very much cheaper, because of the unlimited supply of sand, than iron ore.”

 

Severeal years ago Mr. Russell figured in the news by writing to Henry Ford to work isolating “luminon” from coal, a substance that, Russell said , would “make Ford rich and women beautiful.” In 1926, he printed privately “The Universal One,” embodying his present theories, which scientists looked upon with disfavor.
